Tony moved from the Lake District in September 2011 to start working for YoYo. He is YoYo's Executive Officer heading up operations, inspiring the team to continue driving forward with the vision of YoYo, working with Trustees on strategic development and representing YoYo to churches and community groups. He has considerable experience in working in both primary and secondary schools as a part of his previous work with NISCU (Northern Inter-schools Christian Union). He is looking forward to supporting the team in their work and is excited about the opportunities ahead.

Marion joined theYoYo team in April 2018. She is married to Nic and has 2 daughters who attend secondary school here in York. As a family they have lived in York for 7 years. Marion initially moved here to serve as pioneering community evangelist with Youth with a Mission. Before that she served internationally with Youth with a Mission and lived in Romania, Hungary, Philippines and Egypt.
As well as working part-time with YoYo, Marion works as the Children and Family Outreach Worker for Clifton Parish Churches, where she also worships with her family.

Izzi joined the YoYo team in September 2015, working part-time. She has now gone full time with YoYo and works in the East of the city.
Izzi grew up on the North Coast of Northern Ireland and moved to England for a gap year in London. Following this year working with London City Mission she completed a degree in York. She loves getting alongside the young people in the city, whether in clubs, lessons or assemblies, and the opportunity to work closely with local churches.

Jen came to York in 2005 to study History and first volunteered with YoYo in 2007. She became a full time member of the team in 2008 and loves sharing her faith in schools through assemblies, lessons and workshops.
Jen is married to Pete, a teacher at Fulford school, and they have two sons. When she’s not at work or looking after the boys Jen loves to play tennis and work on art projects.

Andy works alongside Tony as a schools work coordinator for York West. He has been working for YoYo since November 2011, having finished his Geography degree at Newcastle University. Having grown up in York, Andy understands what it is like to be a young person living in the city and has a passion for working in schools across York, getting to know pupils and help them think through big topics and questions.
He also loves music and outside of YoYo drums in a band called This Resistance. The band travel all over, using their music to explore ideas of faith.

Suze joined YoYo in January 2018, with experience working with children and young people in a variety of setting and from different backgrounds. Suze volunteered with a Christian children's charity in Barnsley as a teenager and then after university became the youth worker for her church, York Elim. She is married to Rob and they have a little boy called Theo.

Amy joined the YoYo team in April 2018. She moved to York in 2013, all the way from Sydney Australia. After moving here, she completed her Masters in Communication, and has since been volunteering her time designing communications strategies in the not-for-profit sector. She attends Gateway church in Acomb with her family and helps to run the Woodthorpe York Community Group. She also volunteers at York Parkrun (even though she can’t quite run the full 5k yet). In her spare time she likes to keep up to date with technology and current affairs. She is also a huge Eurovision fan, which seems to be a controversial topic in the UK!
