Tony moved from the Lake District in September 2011 to start working for YoYo. He is YoYo's Executive Officer heading up operations, inspiring the team to continue driving forward with the vision of YoYo, working with Trustees on strategic development and representing YoYo to churches and community groups. He has considerable experience in working in both primary and secondary schools as a part of his previous work with NISCU (Northern Inter-schools Christian Union).
Tony is married to Claire, who is a primary school teacher, and they have a son called Joseph.

Marion joined the YoYo team in April 2018. She is married to Nic and has 2 daughters who attend secondary school here in York. As a family they have lived in York for 7 years. Marion initially moved here to serve as pioneering community evangelist with Youth with a Mission. Before that she served internationally with Youth with a Mission and lived in Romania, Hungary, Philippines and Egypt.
Marion wroks full tine for YoYo and worships with her family at The Belfrey church.

Tamsin joined the YoYo team in January 2019. Tamsin was born and brought up in York, and following studying for her degree in Cheltenham, she moved back to be near family. Tamsin is married to Richard who teaches in York and they have a son who attends secondary school. Tamsin worked as a TA before undertaking teacher training.
Tamsin has taught in Hull, Leeds and York over the last 18 years, as well as being involved in youth work and Pathfinder camps. Her family worship at St Paul's Church in Holgate.

Jen came to York in 2005 to study History and first volunteered with YoYo in 2007. She became a member of the team in 2008 and loves sharing her faith in schools through assemblies, lessons, workshops, and clubs.
Jen is married to Pete, a teacher at Fulford school, and they have two sons. When she’s not at work or looking after the boys Jen loves to play tennis and work on art projects.

Louise joined the YoYo team in September 2019, and works full time. Louise grew up in York, remembers being inspired by YoYo as a child, and is excited to now be part of the team. She loves meeting young people and sharing about faith in fun and creative ways.
Louise has been part of the YoYo team before (2014-2017). Prior to that, she completed a theology degree from St Andrews University, Scotland. Most recently, Louise and her husband Paul were working in Bolivia, South America, as volunteers for Operation Restoration, a charity which helps to transform the lives of street children and teenagers.

Izzi joined the YoYo team in September 2015, working part-time. She is now full time with YoYo and works in the East of the city.
Izzi grew up on the North Coast of Northern Ireland and moved to England for a gap year in London. Following this year working with London City Mission she completed a degree in York. She loves getting alongside the young people in the city, whether in clubs, lessons or assemblies, and the opportunity to work closely with local churches.
Izzi is currently on maternity leave.
Andy works as schools work coordinator for York West. He has been working for YoYo since November 2011, having finished his Geography degree at Newcastle University. Having grown up in York, Andy understands what it is like to be a young person living in the city and has a passion for working in schools across York, getting to know pupils and help them think through big topics and questions.
He also loves music and outside of YoYo enjoys drumming and leading worship.

Suze joined YoYo in January 2018, with experience working with children and young people in a variety of setting and from different backgrounds. Suze volunteered with a Christian children's charity in Barnsley as a teenager and then after university became the youth worker for her church, York Elim. She is married to Rob and they have a little boy called Theo.

Amy joined the YoYo team in April 2018. She moved to York in 2013, all the way from Sydney, Australia. After moving here, she completed her Masters in Communication, spent some time volunteering her time designing communications strategies in the not-for-profit sector, before starting work with YoYo. She attends G2 church with her family.
Amy manages the administration and communications for YoYo, and is in the office 3 days a week.
