Deeper is a lunchtime club for Years 7-11 which runs alongside Rock Solid in Joseph Rowntree School. The club takes place on Thursdays 1.10pm-2pm.

We launched Deeper in 2009 as a discussion group for pupils who attended Rock Solid and had expressed interest in finding out more about Christianity and sharing their opinions about Rock Solid’s “thought for the day”. This club creates a relaxed and open atmosphere, where pupils are free to explore their own beliefs and the beliefs of others.

Following the encouraging response to this club at Joseph Rowntree, we hope to be able to offer Deeper to additional schools in the future.
